NOTE: Any rankings appearing before names in this edition refer to ESPN power rankings, not my own rankings nor the actual fantasy standings. Additionally, last week’s ranking will be used to recap the below matchups, and the new rankings will be used near the bottom where the Power Rankings and the preview for this week’s matchups are.
Another week, another wave of injuries. Let's see what happened:

Matchup of the week
#8 Caden (1-3) 95.04 - 141.66 #7 Carson (2-2)
Carson picked up Carnell Tate from waivers and made the bold choice of starting him over Ladd McConkey. It paid off in a big way. He had 24.5 points, and Ladd had 0 before leaving with injury. George Kittle had 17, Amon-Ra St. Brown with 15.5, Bryce Young with 24.46, and Chase Brown with 19.1.
Not enough production from a lot of Caden's team. Only 4 players managed to cross double-digit points: Tyler Shough with 15.94, Ashton Jeanty with 18.6, Vikings D/ST with 10, and Spencer Shrader with 17.4 (the kicker having the second highest points on the team!). Cam Skattebo disappointed with 7.6, Davante Adams suffered from Puka returning with only 7.2, and the Kalif Raymond hot-streak cooled down in the week Caden played him, only scoring 2.6 points.
#9 Ava (1-3) 156.62 - 106.12 #6 Isaac (1-3)
After a brutal streak of bad luck, a high score finally gives Ava her first win in the league! Tetairoa McMillan led the way with an astonishing 48.2 points! Javonte Williams folllowed close behind with 31.3, and Aaron Jones had 16.8. The only players to score single digit points were Josh Downs with 4.6, the Ravens D/ST with 7, and Chase McLaughlin with 2. And because of her high point total so far, it moves her up from last to 8th!
Isaac has now lost 3 weeks in a row. The runningbacks were a big issue. Bucky Irving and Jeremiyah Love combined for only 12.6 points. The River City Space Creator, Parker Washington, only had 2 points! And one of the most sought out waiver additions, TE Kenyon Sadiq, had a donut despite being projected 10.1 points. It's a familiar feeling for Isaac, seeing as his other tight end Colston Loveland got off to a horrible start as well (but this week he did have 11.7). Puka Nacua's 30.7 and Joe Burrow's 28.72 could not save him this week. Where does Isaac go from here?
#10 Ryan (2-2) 143.18 - 129.18 #3 Sudais (2-2)
The man who was unable to roster a runningback this week was still able to win somehow! CeeDee Lamb had an incredible 44.3 points thanks to 17 catches for 189 yards and a TD to go with it. That basically counts as two players right there! To add to it, Zay Flowers had 28.8 and Brock Bowers had 20.6. A nice win against the odds.
Sudais must be stunned. How do you lose to a team without a runningback on the roster? Kyren Williams had 36.7, Jonathan Taylor had 22.7, and Devaughn Vele with 17.4. But the critical error must've been playing Dontayvion Wicks who only had 4.8 points.
#5 Mohit (3-1) 157.82 - 97.72 #2 Eric (2-2)
What a strong win for Mohit. Bijan Robinson continues to excel with 30.7. And in his return, Nico Collins had an incredible 33.8 points! Sam LaPorta also had 22.4, and Michael Wilson had 16.5. It did not matter that the Chiefs D/ST only had 1, or Derrick Henry only having 15.9 (which doesn't meet his standard).
All that devil magic and rooting for other player's to get injured finally caught up to Eric. DJ Moore only had 2.7 before leaving with injury, and Rashee Rice got hurt early in the game and had 0 before leaving. That screwed him for the week. Jalen Hurts was not great with 13.52, Christian McCaffrey cooled down with 16, Trey McBride only had 10.1, and the Bills D/ST had 1. The only bright spot was Chuba Hubbard with 28.9.
#4 Luke (2-2) 85.1 - 165.9 #1 Johnny (4-0)
Another week, another win for Johnny. And another highest-scoring honor for him as well this week. Kenneth Walker III continues to dominate with 33.9. Tee Higgins took advantage of Chase's absence and had an amazing 29.7. Chris Olave had 22.6. And Ka'imi Fairbairn had 17.4. And Jahmyr Gibbs 17 points is considered a disappoitment for Gibbs' owners. Not too much to complain about for him. However, K9 will be on bye next week and Tee Higgins is currently questionable for next week.
Not much went right for Luke this week. Only two players managed to score double-digit points: Dak Prescott with 21.1 and Malik Nabers with 26.2. The injury bug has seemed to hit Luke this week. Saquon Barkley had only 2 points before being injured, and Ja'Marr Chase also had 5.7 before leaving with injury. Garrett Wilson had 5.7. Just a failure on all engines. Luke will have to answer to the press this week for scoring the least amount of points.
Lucky Rankings
Now introducing a new ranking engine that tries to quantify how “lucky” is team over a season. As the season moves on, the more refined and accurate this data becomes. A reminder that if you end up being the most lucky team, you will infact get a trophy for it.
The farther away from 0 you are, the more lucky/unlucky you are. Alternatively, the more greener/redder you are, the more lucky/unlucky you are. 0 is the baseline, meaning your record is exactly what is expected at that point.

All-Play Standings
The All-Play Record is a record that shows what your cumulative record would be if your team played every other team each week.
This is an indicator that removes some of the luck involved in a head-to-head scheduling, where you play one team a week, and gives a more accurate picture of each team’s performance.
With that being said, these are the cumulative All-play Standings so far this season:
- Johnny - 34-2 (94.4%)
- Mohit - 22-14 (61.1%)
- Ava - 22-14 (61.1%)
- Ryan - 20-16 (55.6%)
- Carson - 19-17 (52.8%)
- Sudais - 17-19 (47.2%)
- Eric - 15-21 (41.7%)
- Luke - 12-24 (33.3%)
- Isaac - 10-26 (27.8%)
- Caden - 9-27 (25.0%)
Looking Ahead…

The other matchups are as follows:
#10 Caden (1-3) vs. #3 Eric (2-2)
#1 Johnny (4-0) vs. #9 Ryan (2-2)
#2 Mohit (3-1) vs. #7 Isaac (1-3)
#4 Sudais (2-2) vs. #6 Carson (2-2)
Reminders and Fine Print
Make sure you submit a question for Luke to answer in his Press Conference! Each manager can submit a question, and the more people that send a question, the better. You’re limited to one question. You can send it in the fantasy group chat, or to me if you want it to be a surprise (to be clear, Luke will know who sent what question, but the questions will not be revealed to him until close to when its time to answer them, giving him little to no time to prepare answers).
Thank you for being in this league.
